The top skirt has a single 11 inch ruffle trimmed with beautiful scalloped lace and 17 inch gathered nylon tulle netting is attatched to bottom skirt to give this slip its A-Line like shape and so that no netting touches your skin! The circumfrance of this slip is 89" inches and uses a single hoop for added support.
